I recently read the opinion that had we fought a war with Mexico and lost, the terms of surrender couldn’t be more humiliating than the current bill being debated in congress. Sounds about right to me, can we finally have the war Mexico’s been begging for, please?
H/T Hot Air who notes this from Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell…”the controversial immigration bill in Congress won’t cost “a single member of either party'’ at the polls next year and predicted the bipartisan compromise will win Senate approval next month.”
Is he right?
