I posted yesterday on how our new ‘bestest buddy’ China attempts to kill Americans by sending us poisoned food, I used this as an opportunity to blast alleged “free trade.”  The first comment received supported China’s attempts to kill Americans…

Actually it’s the opposite. The benefits of free trade are maximized when people and cultures are different.

People who produce a lot of rice sell their product primarily to people who want more rice than they have (low rice producing nations). Differences maximize the benefits at the personal level also. Accountants primarily sell their services to people who aren’t accountants. This is just basic stuff that even the typical internet amateur economist knows. geez

Wrong, the benefits aren’t being maximized but the distrubtion of goods, services and the factors of production is what is being maximized.

Disturbition isn’t a benefit when it causes things like greater distribution of posioned food, drugs, cheaper goods produced by slave labor that cause the glutting of domestic manufactoring base of free countries i.e. destroying the only “real” value producing economic activity of country.

Distirbition isn’t a benefit when it the USA is distributing the factories that build our airplanes (including military craft) and nuclear materials to our buddies the Chi-Coms. “Free trade” can and does directly conflict with our nation security interests.

The whole concept of “free trade” is an irrational fraud based on the idea that a nation can degulated all aspects of its trade which means create a situation where no rules are applied to what enters and leaves the country.

But of course, you cannot have a situation of total trade anarchy and have a real country and real government because real countries are defined by its unique borders and common cultural and legal standards and real goverments function make trade POLICY work for the interest of the NATION.

The prescence of “Free Trade” ” is the absence of a national trade policy.

So the real purpose of the so-called “Free Trade” is removed the US Soverieghty regarding what enters and leaves this country and the authority into the hand of the UN-Controlled WTO. One result of WTO controlled trade policy Transnational BigAgri went into Mexico and illegally seized the land of Mexican farmers and sold it these U.S.-based transnationals.

The much of the Mexican farming population then illegally moved into the United States in search of work starting the illegal migation crisis began under Bill Clintion which apparently Rush Limbaugh and the other fake conservatives seem to now love because “free twade” worked so wonderfully.

Now 15 years later the City of Santa Fee is going to hire Mexican cops to police Americans and USA Army is recruiting Mexicans for the Global War of Terror which will include the United States proper if the United Stated attack by one of the friendly Jihadi friends we are going to pass out unlimited Z-Vizas to as well sigh them up for free social security while they are planning to nuking a major US city.

If we are lucky the Jihadi’s will pick Washinton D.C. so we’ll at least get the chance restart the government from stratch without these brain-dead traitors and criminials.

That’s it, I’m done.

I think it’s important to note the provenance of lunatic ideas like “free trade.”  In this case it can be traced back to Sir Richard Cobden, often considered the father of free trade.  Who in a speech in the mid 1800’s had this to say about “free trade…”

“I believe that the physical gain will be the smallest gain to humanity from the success of this principle. I look farther; I see in the Free Trade principle that which shall act on the moral world as the principle of gravitation in the universe - drawing men together, thrusting aside the antagonism of race, and creed, and language, and uniting us in the bonds of eternal peace.”

Just let that marinate in your brain for a moment. Where is the bit about poisoned food? Does that count as “drawing men together” or “uniting us in the bonds of eternal peace?” I do grow confused in my scotch soaked dotage.

As I said in my response to Mini (intellect)…

“Which of course only supports my notion that “free trade” is a religion, and a particularly loopy one.”

And I stand by that statement. It has been said that it is impossible to reason people out of an unreasonable position, and when it comes to “free trade” that statement rings a true as ever. People have bought into free trade lock, stock and barrel, never questioning if it provides the promised benefits.
